» The weekend is kicking off on a hot and mainly dry note. Throughout
» the afternoon, fair weather cumulus clouds have formed with the
» heating of the day, but still plenty of sunshine to boost temps
» into the upper 80 ‘s. Ridging of high pressure will continue to
» build in across the area for Sunday. This will bring mostly sunny
» skies and near-record breaking temperatures to wind down the
» weekend. As the high pressure shifts eastward on Monday, moisutre
» returns and will allow for a slight chance for an isolated shower
» across the western part of the forecast area. The best chance for
» rain still remains in the Tuesday-Wednesday time frame along a cold
» front. Models still indicate a substantial cool-down behind this
» front with highs in the mid and upper 60’s and lows in the mid 40’s
» for the end of the week into next weekend! It looks like Fall is
» returning in the 7-day forecast!!
