HOUR…WITH VISIBILITIES FALLING TO PRACTICALLY ZERO. PERSONS
SHOULD NOT VENTURE ON AREA ROADWAYS THIS MORNING…AS TRAVEL WILL
BECOME NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE. BY 1030 AM EST…VERY HEAVY SNOW WILL
MOVE EAST INTO OLDHAM…SHELBY…AND SPENCER COUNTIES. BY 11AM
EST…SNOWFALL WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE IN INTENSITY ACROSS THE
BLUEGRASS REGION.
