EARLY MORNING HOURS. OVER NORTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY...PRECIPITATION
WILL CONTINUE TO CHANGE FROM RAIN TO FREEZING RAIN TO SLEET TO
SNOW THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. A BAND OF HEAVY SNOW WILL SET UP
ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY.

* TIMING: HEAVY SNOW IS POSSIBLE AT TIMES OVERNIGHT...ESPECIALLY
  ALONG AND JUST SOUTH OF THE OHIO RIVER. FREEZING RAIN WILL CAUSE
  ICING PROBLEMS IN THE KENTUCKY BLUE GRASS AND THE BOWLING
  GREEN/MAMMOTH CAVE AREAS BEFORE CHANGING OVER TO SNOW LATE. SNOW
  WILL END JUST BEFORE DAWN.

* MAIN IMPACT: AS TEMPERATURES FALL BELOW FREEZING AND SNOW AND
  SLEET ACCUMULATE...AREA ROADWAYS WILL BECOME SLICK AND
  HAZARDOUS. 3 TO 6 INCHES OF SNOW...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
  AMOUNTS...WILL FALL ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY.

* OTHER IMPACTS: VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE
  MILE UNDER ANY BANDS OF HEAVIER SNOW THAT DEVELOP.
