MIDNIGHT. THE SNOW WILL END FROM WEST TO EAST BETWEEN 3 AM AND 6
AM WEDNESDAY.
* MAIN IMPACT: SNOW ACCUMULATIONS AROUND 1 INCH...WITH
TEMPERATURES NEAR 20 DEGREES...WILL CAUSE UNTREATED ROADWAYS TO
BECOME SNOW COVERED AND SLICK.
* OTHER IMPACTS: COLD TEMPERATURES AND BRISK NORTHWEST WINDS WILL
