.A HYBRID CLIPPER SYSTEM WILL DIVE SOUTHEAST INTO THE OHIO VALLEY
TONIGHT AND COMBINE WITH LOW PRESSURE OVER THE TENNESSEE VALLEY.
THE COMBINATION OF THESE SYSTEMS WILL CAUSE LIGHT ACCUMULATING
SNOW OVER SOUTHERN INDIANA AND CENTRAL KENTUCKY AFTER MIDNIGHT
TONIGHT THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS TUESDAY. STRONG NORTHERLY
WINDS WILL ACCOMPANY THIS WEATHER SYSTEM RESULTING IN WIND GUSTS
OF 25 TO 35 MPH TUESDAY MORNING AND AFTERNOON. THESE STRONG WINDS
MAY RESULT IN REDUCED VISIBILITIES IN BLOWING SNOW.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LOUISVILLE HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 1 PM
EST TUESDAY.

* TIMING: LIGHT SNOW WILL OVERSPREAD THE REGION AFTER MIDNIGHT
  TONIGHT AND CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON TUESDAY.

* MAIN IMPACT: SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES WITH
  LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY BY EARLY TUESDAY AFTERNOON.
  THE BULK OF THE ACCUMULATIONS WILL OCCUR BETWEEN 5AM AND 10AM
  RESULTING IN TRAVEL IMPACTS DURING THE TUESDAY MORNING COMMUTE.

* OTHER IMPACTS: IN ADDITION...STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS OF 10 TO 20
  MPH WILL GUST UP 25 TO 35 MPH CAUSING REDUCED VISIBILITIES IN
  BLOWING SNOW. ALSO TEMPERATURES WILL STEADILY FALL THROUGHOUT THE
  DAY INTO THE UPPER TEENS TO LOWER 20S. THESE TEMPERATURES
  COMBINED WITH STRONG WINDS WILL LEAD TO WIND CHILL VALUES IN THE
  SINGLE DIGITS.
