A STORM SYSTEM HAS DROPPED SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF 3 TO 7 INCHES ACROSS SOUTHEASTERN INDIANA AND NORTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY. A DUSTING OF SNOW TO A COUPLE OF INCHES CAN BE FOUND ACROSS THE REST OF CENTRAL KENTUCKY. ALONG WITH THE RECENT SNOWFALL...TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE TO STAY IN THE MID TEENS OVER MUCH OF THE AREA THROUGH THE AFTERNOON AND FALL INTO THE 5 BELOW ZERO TO 10 DEGREE RANGE TONIGHT. THESE BITTERLY COLD TEMPERATURES COMBINED WITH THE STEADY NORTHWEST WINDS WILL YIELD WIND CHILL VALUES IN THE -10 TO ZERO RANGE AT TIMES OVERNIGHT.
