AMOUNTS OF MOISTURE FROM THE GULF OF MEXICO INTO THE OHIO VALLEY.
MULTIPLE UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCES WILL MOVE NORTHEASTWARD ACROSS
THE REGION YIELDING ROUND OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. WITH SUCH
RICH MOISTURE IN PLACE...TORRENTIAL RAINFALL WILL OCCUR WITH THE
THUNDERSTORMS OVERNIGHT AND INTO EARLY SUNDAY MORNING.

INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE. HOWEVER...IN AREAS THAT SEE REPEATED
ROUNDS OF THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAINFALL MAY
OCCUR.
* CREEKS AND RIVERS MAY OVERCOME THEIR BANKS AND INTO ROADWAYS
WITHIN THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH AREA. IN ADDITION...TYPICAL FLOOD
PRONE AREAS AND OTHER LOW-LYING SPOTS MAY QUICKLY FLOOD AS HEAVY
RAINFALL PASSES THROUGH THE REGION.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
