CHILL ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM EST /3 PM CST/ THIS
AFTERNOON TO 7 PM EST /6 PM CST/ THURSDAY. A WINTER WEATHER
ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST /6 PM CST/ THIS
EVENING.

* TIMING: LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW THIS MORNING. SCATTERED SNOW
  SHOWERS THIS AFTERNOON. WIND CHILLS COLDER THAN 10 BELOW ZERO
  THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH THURSDAY.

* MAIN IMPACT: ONE TO TWO INCHES OF SNOW WITH ISOLATED HIGHER
  AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED TODAY. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS COMBINED WITH
  GUSTY WINDS WILL LEAD TO BLOWING SNOW AND TRAVEL ISSUES ON AREA
  ROADWAYS. BITTERLY COLD WIND CHILLS WILL MAKE IT DANGEROUS TO
  REMAIN OUTSIDE FOR A PROLONGED PERIOD OF TIME.

* OTHER IMPACTS: VISIBILITY IN SNOW SHOWERS MAY DROP QUICKLY OVER
  SHORT DISTANCES LEADING TO ISSUES FOR TRAVELERS.
