…that the NWS is trying to set up a special area for EM (at least the little local guys) for the IEMchat… neat… (be even neater if they could set up something for it to be accessed through the KSP’s KYWINS network… endless possibilities there…
i had found the thing (the public version, anyway) thanks to a comment left at another blog… from the quick taste i had gotten that night, i love it.
