AFTERNOON…
GUSTY WINDS WILL BE POSSIBLE TODAY ACROSS PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND
SOUTHERN KENTUCKY. EXPECT WINDS OF 20 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO
AROUND 40 TO 45 MPH. WINDS WILL BE SHIFTING FROM SOUTHWEST TO
NORTHWEST THROUGHOUT THE DAY AS THE FRONTAL BOUNDARY PASSES.
WINDS THIS STRONG MAY CAUSE MINOR PROPERTY DAMAGE WITHOUT EXTRA
PRECAUTIONS. MOTORISTS…ESPECIALLY THOSE IN HIGH-PROFILE
VEHICLES SHOULD USE CAUTION AND REMAIN ALERT FOR SUDDEN GUSTS OR
CROSS WINDS THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS.
