WIDESPREAD SHOWERS ALONG WITH IT. TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS BETWEEN
THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH AND ONE AND ONE QUARTER INCHES WILL BE
POSSIBLE BY THE TIME THE RAIN TAPERS OFF THURSDAY AFTERNOON.
THIS RAINFALL WILL EXACERBATE EXISTING MINOR FLOODING AND MAY
CREATE NEW AREAS OF MINOR FLOODING IN SPOTS THAT FLOOD EASILY.
* ANY FLOODING ISSUES LATE TONIGHT OR THURSDAY MORNING SHOULD
DEVELOP GRADUALLY AND WILL PRIMARILY BE FOUND IN LOW SPOTS AND
OTHER AREAS THAT FLOOD OFTEN.
A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING BASED ON
CURRENT FORECASTS. MONITOR THE LATEST FORECASTS AND BE ALERT FOR
POSSIBLE FLOOD WARNINGS. THOSE LIVING IN AREAS PRONE TO FLOODING
