THESE STORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. THESE STORMS WILL MAINLY AFFECT SOUTHERN HARRISON COUNTY…NORTHERN BOURBON AND WESTERN NICHOLAS COUNTIES.
