  A CLUSTER OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN MOVING NORTHEAST THROUGH MUCH
  OF CENTRAL KENTUCKY.  THIS RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE INTO
  THE AFTERNOON.

THE MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL WILL PRODUCE EXCESSIVE RUNOFF DUE TO
THE SATURATED GROUND CONDITIONS IN THE AREA.  AREA CREEKS AND
STREAMS THAT RECEIVE RAINFALL WILL QUICKLY RISE AND MAY BECOME
FLOODED.  LOW-LYING AND TYPICAL FLOOD PRONE AREAS ALONG WITH POORLY
DRAINING URBAN AREAS MAY END UP FLOODING.
