trying to get back into the swing
I really haven’t been writing a whole lot of anything in a very long time, and it really irritates me. I would love to jump right back into sharing everything I feel, think and do; but for some reason, I am finding it rather difficult. I wish I knew why.
Fortunately, over the past few weeks, I have rediscovered the fun of toying around with the blog, and have been half-way forcing myself to spend some time here. Perhaps the biggest thing I’ve done has been changing the theme of the blog, and editing it to try and suit my needs/likes. This has been a slightly daunting task, as I still don’t know much about how wordpress works, or any of the stuff in the background, like css and php. But, I’m learning.

possible fun monday night…
We may be in store for some fun weather beginning on Monday and heading into Wednesday. For about a week the NWS has been pointing at a chance of ice, and as of tonight, things still look that way:

'cause I can't fit it in 140 characters
Just one of those unimportant things I want to say that’d make better sense as a tweet; but I simply can’t make it fit twitter’s 140 limitations.
I saw the CBS line-up and was excited about seeing a rerun of Cold Case (and silly me didn’t view the program description–wanted to be surprised, in case it was an episode I had missed). Well, I had seen that episode. It was the one where the lady was murdered on 10/30/1938 ’cause when the world ended she ran to her new friend and not her hubby.
Anyway, that led me to deciding to listen to the War of the Worlds instead. (I had missed out on finding a radio station playing it this year, and had been wanting to hear it again, anyway.)
Anyway, I say anyway way to much, but, anyway…
…after hearing the show I got a hankering to hit Wikipedia, and read about CBS. Kinda interesting history there…
…and now, just for the fun of it, I’m gonna hit Wikipedia again to see NBC and ABC.
…yeah, I have no clue why I’m sharing any of this.
